What I believe…
Feeding a baby is deeply personal, often emotional, and rarely linear. There are many possible paths—and sometimes unexpected detours. I believe that every family is unique, and what works for one may not work for another. Whether you hope to breast or chestfeed exclusively, pump and bottle feed, combo feed, use formula, or are still figuring it all out, I’m here to help you navigate it. As a lactation consultant, I work with you to create a feeding plan that aligns with your goals and values—and I’m here to adapt that plan with you as things change.
While I do believe that human milk is the biological norm when it comes to feeding an infant and love educating parents on the benefits, I also recognize that this is not always possible or desirable for every family. Above all, I am here to support your choices, wishes, and plan for feeding your baby. I trust that each parent has the innate ability to determine what is best for themselves and their child, and you deserve support that respects your choices, your body, and your bond. I will work closely with you to help you reach your goals.
I welcome all people and all families and strive for an
inclusive and trauma informed model of care.
