I contract with The Lactation Network (TLN) to bill United Healthcare, Aetna, First Choice, PNOA, and Multiplan. If you have one of these insurances, your first step in seeing me is to have them verify your insurance by following this link and inputing your insurance information. They will respond within 24-48hrs. Once verified, you may see me with a guarantee that you will have no copay or out of pocket costs at all, ever.

If you have an insurance carrier I’m not in network with yet, I will happily provide you with a Superbill at the end of our visit for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Universal coverage of Lactation care was included in the 2010 Affordable Care Act, therefor insurances are required to reimburse for these services. Sending them your superbill may not only help you get reimbursed, but it reminds them that they need to bring more Lactation Consultants into their networks to provide their customers with this critical service!
