I see appointments either in your home, at my Corvallis office, or through video chat. Please review the type of appointment that best fits your situation and use the button below to book. Not all insurances cover Tele-health so if you desire this type of appointment I can help you verify benefits ahead of time. If you are using UHC, Aetna, First Choice, PNOA or Multiplan insurances, please first visit the TLN website to have them verify your insurance. If you are using another insurance, I will collect those details in my intake paperwork and contact you with any issues verifying your eligibility. If you are not using insurance for your visit, I offer a self-pay discount of 10% when paid at time of service. Payment plans are an option, please let me know if this is something you desire. If insurance does not cover your whole visit, you will receive a statement after insurance has been billed and your remaining portion can be paid at that time.

  • This appointment is tailored toward your feeding goals and questions. There will be discussions & education to prepare you for your first days with baby, and get you off to a great start in your feeding journey. I will go over the physiology of breastfeeding and milk production, what to expect at different stages, proper technique, and basic trouble-shooting. You'll come away with practical tips and a written plan to assure the best chance of feeding success. This is ideally done around 36-38 weeks gestation and partners are encouraged to come. This is appropriate for both new ‘soon-to-be’ parents and repeat clients with a new pregnancy. (75 minutes). $175.00

  • This appointment is ideal if this is the first time I have seen you, or the first time we have connected with this pregnancy. Whether you are currently having problems or just want to set yourself up for success and make sure no problems arise, this visit will support your journey. We’ll start with a full history and discussion of your feeding goals and current challenges. We can observe and assess a feed and there is ample time for questions and discussion. This also includes 2 weeks of follow up support over phone or email. (90-120 minutes). $250.00

  • Has a new problem arisen? Would you like to do a weighted feed? This visit is for established patients who are wanting to check in on progress or perhaps are facing new challenges. This appointment allows ample time for your question and for addressing multiple topics. This includes 2 weeks of follow up support over phone or email. (up to 90 minutes). $200

  • This slightly shorter visit is for returning patients who are following up on a feeding plan or checking in on progress. (Up to 60 minutes). $150.00
